From Debbie Brackett Grimaldi to Everyone: House Bill 490 (2017): Requires insurance companies to cover the cost of hearing aids and cochlear implants for children (age 18 and under), including certain treatments and services related to hearing aids or cochlear implants.
	Coverage is limited to one hearing aid in each ear every three years and one cochlear implant in each ear with internal replacement as medically or audiologically necessary.
