As a DHH Teacher, I know my limits in my background and I’ve seen that with littles who are DB, some teams put hearing loss in the background because it’s not as visible as their vision loss. What would you suggest to gently get the team on board to work with ToDHH to address all of their needs? Working with these littles has been an eye opener, and I am very interested in gaining a certification in DB, what would be a great first step?
