Audio Description: The teacher opens the book. TEACHER: Oooh, Henry the Fourth. “Welcome to the dog show," shouted Jeremy. “Take your places," he called to the dogs. So, the dogs are all lining up; they're getting ready for the dog show. “Today you will see tricks performed by the most talented dogs on the block," announced Jeremy. “Maxie, you're first." Audio Description: Max points to a picture. TEACHER: Okay, where's Maxie? MAX: And Daisy TEACHER: And Daisy MAX: And Henry TEACHER: And Henry. Alright, "Joel said, Speak Maxie, speak. Maxie barked loudly." What did Maxi say? MAX: arf, arf, arf! TEACHER: That's right. “Baxter, you're second, called Jeremy." What kind of trick do you think Baxter's going to do? "Susie said, Beg, Baxter, beg. And he stood up." MAX: I'm going to beg Baxter. TEACHER: You're going to beg Baxter. There he is; he's standing on his hind legs. "Baxter begged beautifully. Jeremy hollered, Daisy, will you be the third dog?" MAX: Yes TEACHER: Yes, there's Daisy. "Jennifer said, Roll over, Daisy, roll over. And Daisy rolled over and over." There she goes. MAX: Look at, Daisy's black. TEACHER: That's right. That's Daisy's black. MAX: The other one's yellow. TEACHER: “Henry, you're the fourth, Jeremy said. We're waiting." And they're waiting and waiting. Where's Henry? "Tom pulled and tugged but Henry wouldn't budge. Then Jeremy took out a dog treat. And suddenly Henry bounded toward Jeremy and tackled him with a big, sloppy kiss. Then Jeremy announced, First, Maxie spoke loudly. Second, Baxter begged beautifully. Third, Daisy rolled over and over. But Henry the fourth is the king of the show. The end." MAX: That was a great story! TEACHER: Good, I'm glad you liked it. Can you find Baxter? Audio Description: Max locates the Baxter toy, and holds it. TEACHER: Alright, put Baxter down. Where's Baxter's name? Audio Description: The teacher holds up two names, on separate cards. TEACHER: Max, can you show me where's Baxter's name? MAX: B TEACHER: That's right; it starts with a B. Audio Description: Max grabs the Maxie doll. TEACHER: Okay, let's put Maxie down and here's Baxter. MAX: B, umm? Audio Description: Max points to the letters as he reads them. TEACHER: A, MAX: x...
