>> Kate Hurst: This is really; I agree, is really exciting in that the person who knows how much time was spent trying to keep track of this stuff I'm really pleased for the both of you, that you all got this up and running. If somebody's going into this and they're having some problems and I heard you say you know, encouraging folks to get out there and play with it right now before it goes live, should they contact you or should they contact Randall or does it matter? >> Sue Enoch: It doesn't matter. Either one of us can help you through. I will be; some of you know, from registration last year, I will be happy to pull the site up and walk it; walk through it with you so we're looking at the same time. That's not a problem. We both got the same training. The company that did this for us does an excellent job support so if there's a glitch, we know who to call, and they fix it as fast as humanly possible and if the glitch is that you're just confused about something, hopefully Randall or I can help you fix that quickly. >> Randall McAlister: Your username is going to be the first 5 letters of your last name, the first initial of your first name and two zeros. If you've already; if you've ordered from us in the past, then you are already in the system. Your password; your initial sign on password; is going to be that exact same word, minus the two zeros. The first 5 letters of your last name, the first initial of your first name. That will be your password. When you log in the first time you're going to be prompted to change that password. >> Sue: Yeah and all you'll have to do is go to my account and use whatever password it will; there's a button for you to push on that says change current password and you can use whatever you choose. Also, if someone doesn't have 5 letters in their last name; >> Randall: Oh yeah, I forgot that. >> Sue: I just barely made it. I have exactly 5. You might; let's say your last name is Sam. Which isn't a good one, but it would; for sign in purposes it would be s a m dash dash your first initial and the two zeros. So if you are under 5 letters in your last name, put a dash. >> Kate: A dash or an underscore? >> Sue: Dash. >> Randall: Dash. >> Kate: Okay. >> Sue: Yeah, we asked exactly the same question, Kate. It's just a plain dash. >> Randall: For anybody else that might not have heard, for new VI teachers that are new, that don't have ID's yet, it's as simple as sending an e-mail to TXAPH@TSVBI.edu and I will get that for you as soon as possible. >> Randall: Call me at 512-206-9344. Because what I have to do is go in and add a relationship. It's very simple. >> Sue: When you get to the point where it asks for the shipping address, you can send it wherever you want. We had some people over Christmas vacation that sent it to their house because they weren't sure anybody was going to be around to receive it. So you can do that very easily. >> Voiceover: All right, thank you. >> Randall: For right now, I do need to get that old system form with the returns. >> Sue: And this information is on our website. The whole TETN will be up in a week. >> Kate: We hope to have; one of our new plans is; we hope to have the TETN up on our web within a week. It will be uncaptioned initially because that's a little longer process but we're going to go ahead and put them up about a week after they broadcast and then within 3 weeks, we hope to have them up captioned, so that folks can go back and take a look at them. We will; we will be archiving permanently some of our TETN broadcasts; not all of them because some of the information is dated or is for whatever reason, not something that we feel like needs to be up forever on our website. So we are making a selection about the webinars that will go up permanently and stay there. But we will be trying to put all of them up as I understand, Kendra, initially for that first week, they may not stay up in the captioned form. >> Sue: And again, I can't encourage you enough. You know, we sat through the training when we were getting the system and you sit there and you think well this sounds pretty easy. And then you go back to your desk and go, "Oh my gosh, what am I supposed to do?" Pull the training module up and use it. It makes it; at this point now I can actually go in and order something in 15 seconds. But it took several tries to become that comfortable with it, so play with it. >> Kate: So just to make sure you have that information for emailing to Sue and Randall, it's their first and last name, Sue Enoch and Randall McAlister@TSBVI.edu. And I'm sure that they would appreciate if you go in and try the training module and it works fabulously and you're in love with it, they would; they would love to hear from you about that. >> Sue: Absolutely. >> Kate: But also and especially if you go in and have problems with it, please do let them know what experience you're having with it. Like every other piece of technology we have, it may take a while for us to even identify all the bugs that are in it and get them all fixed. So please, please, please let folks know. And then I know that this is important to get in before we're cut off. This is for credit and the code for credit is 120829. Once again that's 120829 and if you go online and complete the evaluation for our TETN and include that code, we will see that you get your certificate.
