>> Hello. In today's tutorial, I will be explaining how to set up your network account for use here at TSBVI. I'll be using the name of Joe Smith. You can see that I'm at the log-in screen on a network PC here on campus. I'm going to type in my last name and my first initial; Smith, J. And then in the password field, I'll be using the temporary password of, "tsbvigoogle" all one word and all lower case, I'm going to hit enter, and this prompts us the user's password must be changed before logging in for the first time. I'll hit OK, and now I can create a new password that I will be using for my account. In the first field, I will type in the new password that I've created. And then I can hit "tab" and type that same password again for verification. Then hit "enter". My password has now been changed. Hit "enter" again, and Windows is setting up my new desktop. Your network account can be used for various things here at TSBVI. As you can see, you can use it to log into a PC, you can also use it to access network folders and staff WiFi. I will cover these in future tutorials. Windows is now done creating our new desktop. And that concludes this tutorial. Thank you.
