Narrator: A girl sits in a hammock swing and pushes off against an Essef board using her feet. At times she pushes off with the tops of her feet and at times with the soles of her feet.

Audio Description: Nikki swings gently in a hammock swing and rhythmically places the tops of her feet against the bottom edge of the Essef board, and pushes off.
