TSBVI Coffee Hour: Registration of Students in Texas with Visual Impairments & Texas Deafblind Child Count
Open captioned. In January each year, two important counts are made on behalf of the Texas Education Agency related to students with visual impairments and students who are Deafblind by TSBVI Outreach. These are known respectively as the Registration of Students in Texas with Visual Impairment and the Texas Deafblind Child Count. You may also know them as the VI Registration and DB Child Count. Join us as we discuss this yearly process. We will demonstrate how to navigate the online web applications. We will also give best tips and practices for making student entries. Near the end of the webinar there will be a short Q&A. Anyone is welcome to join! However, our target audience are the individuals who will be completing the upcoming counts in January. These individuals include: TVI's, TDHH's, TDB's, and Special Ed Directors. The webinar will be recorded and posted for later reference.
